What is your returns policy?

We have an extended Christmas returns policy!. If you’re not happy with your goods for any reason, please make sure that you get them back to use in the condition they arrived in, and that you haven’t personalised or customised them in any way.

What do I do if my item hasn't arrived?

This is not a normal scenario, but if it is past your expected delivery date, and your item still hasn’t arrive, please contact us.

What do I do if any item is missing, incorrect, or faulty?

For missing items, please check your order confirmation to confirm that the items were on the original order. If this is the case and you item is missing, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us.

How do I edit my account information?

If you already have an account with us and you wish to edit your information, please log in, click “Go to my account” in the top right hand corner, you will be directed to your account. Here you can edit your information such as contact details, billing and delivery address, and password.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, simply log in, go to “My Account” which is located in the top right hand corner of the page, and select “Edit My Password”. Follow the prompts from here.




What size should I buy?

If this is the first time you have bought one of our products have a look at our sizing charts, which can be found on the page for the individual product, next to the available sizes. The fit of clothes does vary slightly, depending on how the garment is cut, which fabric is utilised and how the garment is styled. 

How do I find my product?

You can search for the product you’re looking for in the search bar at the top of the page, or try to find it using the relevant website categories. Once you have a selection of products on the page, you can refine your selection by using features such as “sort by” to select based on price, or alternatively use the filters on the left hand side of the page to select your favourite brand, your size, or colour.
