We know that Christmas shopping can be stressful! To make sure your Christmas runs perfectly, we've created this handy information page for you.

We've also updated our returns info to make sure you can return any unwanted gifts, and given you some extra info on delivery to make sure everything is ordered in time!

Christmas Delivery Info

We want to make sure that you get all your orders to you on time!

For delivery before Christmas, please order by:

Standard – Monday 18th December
Express – Thursday 21st December
Next Day – Thursday 21st December
Europe – Wednesday 13th December
International (Rest of World) – Tuesday 12th December

Please keep in mind that this is a busy period for all fulfilment providers so please complete order as early as possible to ensure your preferred delivery date.

Christmas Returns Policy

If you’re buying for someone else, don’t worry! We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2017. 

All orders placed from 21st November – 24th December 2017 can be returned up until 30th January 2018.

Chrsitmas Opening Hours

Please note, that over the Christmas period we will be operating on limited opening hours. These apply to the following days:

 

Christmas Eve – Until 15:00

Christmas Day – Closed

Boxing Day – Closed

New Year’s Day – Closed
